Ben Price – Managing Director, Sales
Ben Price has been involved in the Contract Cleaning industry in Cork and Dublin since 1992, firstly as a Supervisor and then as a Contracts Manager for a leading Cleaning company at the time. In 1996 Ben left that employment and developed his own brand of cleaning company specialising in Pharmaceutical deep cleans and plant shutdowns. In 1998 he successfully negotiated the purchase of an office cleaning company and continued to develop the profile and reputation of the company, developing a company with a yearly turnover exceeding 600 k Irish Punt.
In 2001 the focus of the cleaning service product focused on Office and Commercial cleaning, developing a brand and reputation that was synonymous with Quality Service. Ben has continued in this vain to be at the forefront of the medium enterprise cleaning service provider, working with clients that value product knowledge, cleaning service problem solving and quality customer service.
Evelyn Wiacek – B.A (H) HR Operational Support Director
Evelyn has over 10 years experience in the cleaning business in various sales, customer service and technical roles.
Evelyn started out in Customer Service, as Area Manager with her excellent contract management abilities, knowledge of the cleaning industry and has made a significant contribution to every aspect of CHOC Cleaning success. Evelyn was later promoted to HR and Operational Support Manager bringing a wealth of experience in operations and HR.

Supervisors/ Team Leaders
All our supervision team are hands on operatives that work along with staff to ensure smooth transitions of service, encourage good practice and provide the second level of our auditing program to gurantee quality cleaning services. All team members are encouraged through training, product knowledge courses and In house HR training to handle most situations on the shop floor. At CHOC Services we see that the Management must lead and encourage strong employee support which is part of providing Quality Cleaning Services.
